Onsen Wellbeing is dedicated to helping you live a balanced and harmonious lifestyle. Through private yoga sessions and the opportunity for quiet time to reflect and connect with nature, we can help you to restore your sense of peace and wellbeing.
Private classes are conducted in our beautiful home in a peaceful bush setting where you are surrounded by wildlife as well as the sounds of birdsong and frogs. If you prefer we are able to come to your home to conduct yoga sessions. If the sun is shining, yoga can be taken on the deck.
Our home is wheelchair accessible. All classes can be customised to suit your individual needs and preferences.
After your yoga session you will be able to spend some peaceful time for meditation, reading or just to sit quietly in nature. We have an extensive library or you can bring your own favourite book or magazine. Extended 'Me Time' is available.
Onsen Wellbeing acknowledges the importance of good food for nourishment and at the conclusion of class you will be offered refreshments.
